The apartments are conveniently located off of Park Street, with a culdesac turn-around for a safe and family-friendly environment. It is a close walk from many local amenities, such as the SIU Campus, Student Recreation Center, grocery stores, and many other shops and restaurants. As I have owned and run a home building and renovation company, Korando Construction, for more than twenty years, I now have a vast knowledge and experience of the construction world, which I will happily apply to any unexpected events during your stay in our apartments.
